Serve this sweet, smooth drink as a morning pick-me-up or after dinner - it is great any time.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Fat Free or Original Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Dissolve coffee in water in small bowl blender container. Add EAGLE BRAND® and vanilla; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Serve immediately. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
