Frosting for Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies III.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
PREPARATION:
In double boiler, over boiling water, cook the milk, butter, chocolate and salt until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and confectioner's sugar until of spreading consistency. Spread on Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies III.
