INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ancho Chile Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Oregano Leaves
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Chipotle Chile Pepper
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Parsley Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Coarse Grind Black Pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 4 New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick
PREPARATION:
Combine spices and salt in a small bowl. Spread over a large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.
Grill steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
