The George Forman Grill is perfect for this ginger and orange flavored chicken breast.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Slices
PREPARATION:
Preheat the George Forman Grilling Machine for 5 minutes.
Stir together barbecue sauce, orange peel, ginger in small bowl.
Place chicken breasts on Grilling Machine, brushing with one-half sauce; close lid. Cook 4 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush with sauce; close lid. Cook 2 more minutes; add pineapple slices to grill brush with remaining sauce. Cook 2 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and slices are lightly browned. Serve each chicken with 2-1/2 pineapple slices. Serve with broccoli florets and rice, if desired.
