Shredded cabbage, nuts and ramen noodles are combined with a vinaigrette in this Asian inspired salad.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodle pasta, crushed
- 8 ounces cabbage, shredded
- 4 ounces slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
PREPARATION:
In large bowl, combine noodles, shredded cabbage, almonds, sunflower seeds and green onion. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and sugar. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
