INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (15 ounce) can Westbrae® Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can Westbrae® Whole Kernel Yellow Corn
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Hain Pure Foods® Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Hain Pure Foods® Garlic Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Hain Pure Foods® Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
