Cream-style corn and cubes of potato are combined with browned ground beef and onions in this milk based soup.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 potatoes, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 2 cups milk
PREPARATION:
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef with onions until brown.
In a large stock pot cook potatoes, until tender, in as little water as possible, about 20 minutes.
Add creamed corn, undrained corn, milk and beef mixture to potatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
