Browned ground beef and sauteed onions are combined with cans of chili, pork and beans and cream-style corn in this spicy stew to serve garnished with grated cheese.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
PREPARATION:
Brown ground beef and onion till done. Drain.
Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese. Simmer in pot around 30 minutes. Serve, garnish with cheese.
