- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup hot salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
