Not unlike a hot crab dip, this creamy seafood mix goes under the broiler on individual bread rounds.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
- 3/8 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to broil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and seasoning salt. Spread this mixture on the open-face muffins. Arrange the toasts on a baking sheet.
Broil toasts for 8 minutes or until toasted. Be careful not to burn them.
