Apple juice is used in place of water and sugar in this fresh cranberry sauce with a reduced sugar content.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
- 6 ounces unsweetened apple juice concentrate
PREPARATION:
In a sauce pan, combine the cranberries and apple juice. Cook over medium-low heat until berries burst. Additional sugar may be added if desired. Mix well, chill and serve.
