Taco toppers -like sour cream, salsa, and luscious avocado -blend together in one Southwestern-style crock.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
PREPARATION:
In a medium size bowl, combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, salsa, and avocado. Combine ingredients until they are just mixed. Cover and chill until you are ready serve.
