Make your own peppermint holiday ice cream with this great recipe.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 2 cups light cream
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Combine ingredients in ice cream freezer container; proceed according to manufacturer's instructions. Garnish with additional crushed peppermint candy if desired.
