INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch dried dill, or to taste
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl combine cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill. Place cucumbers in a medium bowl and pour sauce over them.
