McCormick's® Gourmet Collection® Seafood Seasoning gives this Divine Crab Cake recipe an intriguing spice flavor and a hint of spice heat, but doesn't mask the delicate flavor of the crabmeat. Serve on crackers for Maryland style crab cakes.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Combine egg, bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in crabmeat. Mix well; shape mixture into 8 one-half inch thick patties.
  • Broil for 10 minutes, without turning.
