Why it 's called Duke, we 'll never know, but this go-with-everything blend of yogurt and cucumbers is deliciously reminiscent of Greek tzaziki.
INGREDIENTS (for 5 servings):
- 32 ounces plain yogurt
- 2 large cucumbers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- salt to taste
PREPARATION:
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cucumbers, dill, green onion and salt. Serve chilled.
