A rich baked crepe that will puff in the oven and can be filled with just about anything.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 9 eggs
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease four 9 inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, beat together cream, flour, salt and eggs. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven until puffed and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
