INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, raisins, dates and honey until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in chopped almonds.
