For sensational flavor, rub nice thick tenderloin steaks with olive oil, crushed garlic and meat tenderizer. Let the meat sit for a bit and then grill.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Rub meat with olive oil and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with tenderizer. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill for medium high heat.
  • Brush grate with oil, and place steaks on the grill. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until done.
