This is a classic deli-style veggie sandwich. Add any other veggies you have on hand like bell peppers or cucumber for a real treat. If you don't like alfalfa sprouts, substitute a leaf of iceberg lettuce.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 Sara Lee Soft & Smooth ™
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 2 slices SARA LEE® Longhorn Colby Pre-Sliced Cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 slices dill pickle
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
PREPARATION:
Spread mustard onto one slice of the bread. Place cheese slices over the mustard. Top with tomato, pickles, and alfalfa sprouts. Spread cream cheese onto the remaining slice of bread, and place cream cheese side down on top of the sandwich.
