This is a classic deli-style veggie sandwich. Add any other veggies you have on hand like bell peppers or cucumber for a real treat. If you don't like alfalfa sprouts, substitute a leaf of iceberg lettuce.

PREPARATION:

  • Spread mustard onto one slice of the bread. Place cheese slices over the mustard. Top with tomato, pickles, and alfalfa sprouts. Spread cream cheese onto the remaining slice of bread, and place cream cheese side down on top of the sandwich.
