Fruit Parfaits are a quick and easy, no-cook dessert that are a refreshing treat any time of year. Simply chill your favorite flavor gelatin in a pretty glass, top with DOLE® Tropical Fruit Salad and whipped topping, and elegance is served!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) package gelatin mix, any red flavor
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad, drained
- Thawed whipped topping
PREPARATION:
Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour gelatin into 4 tall dessert or parfait glasses, filling about half full.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. To serve, layer with whipped topping and tropical fruit salad.
