Whole bananas are grilled, skin and all, for a great vanilla ice ream topping. Too simple, even a kid can do this!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 bananas
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
PREPARATION:
Place whole, unpeeled bananas on grill, turning occasionally until the peel is blackened. Remove stems and skin.
Slice bananas, and serve over vanilla ice cream with mint garnish.
