INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup grated apple
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, egg white, grated apple and vanilla. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer until desired consistency is achieved.
