INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (6 ounce) package uncooked wild rice
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
PREPARATION:
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Microwave peas on high for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
Fold warm peas and cranberries into cooked rice.
