Sizzle up dinner tonight with a Mexican flare. Gorton's Fish Sticks give these Fajitas a new and exciting taste. Serve them up with sizzling veggies, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for a meal that everyone will love.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 12 Gorton's® Crunchy Golden Fish Sticks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 large red pepper, sliced
- 1 large orange or yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fajita dry seasoning mix
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
PREPARATION:
Cook Gorton's Fish Sticks according to directions.
While the sticks are cooking, heat oil in a skillet, add garlic, onions and peppers. Stir and cook 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in seasoning mix.
Place 1 or 2 Fish Sticks in middle of tortilla, top with vegetable mixture, cheese, and salsa, sour cream and guacamole if desired.
