It's green, but it's not guacamole! Serve this cool, refreshing dip with bread, crackers or vegetables.
INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings):
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
PREPARATION:
In a blender or food processor, mix the mayonnaise, chives, parsley, sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, tarragon, lemon juice and garlic. Serve at once.
