Fruit and Nut Stuffing

This easy stuffing recipe is great for a weeknight supper. Cornbread stuffing is enhanced with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • In large saucepan, combine seasoning packet from stuffing mix, water, bouillon and butter. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing and cranberries or raisins. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Add pecans and fluff stuffing with a fork.
