When fresh melons first come in, make this delightful thirst-quenching cooler.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup sliced banana
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth.
