A yummy fudge sauce great when served warm over the Chocolate Roll.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
