Fragrant garlic, sauteed in butter and seasoned with dried oregano and basil, makes a wonderfully simple sauce for any pasta.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
PREPARATION:
In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked. Add dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
Serve warm.
