This simple dish of ground beef, mushroom soup and vegetable soup will have you eating in just minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed vegetable soup
PREPARATION:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly browned; drain.
Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup and condensed vegetable soup. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until gently boiling.
