Chicken, steak or venison will benefit from a bath in this dark, spicy sauce. Increase the amounts of Worcesterchire and soy sauces up to 1/3 cup, and use ketchup to taste. This is a sauce you're sure to love!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, mix distilled white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, barbeque sauce and ketchup. Place desired meat in the marinade, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1/2 hour before grilling as desired.
