Feta cheese adds a little zest to the standard breakfast. Not much salt is needed; feta is very salty.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Beat eggs and water together, then pour into pan. Add feta cheese, and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble. Season with salt and pepper.
