INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- Salad:
- 6 cups mixed baby greens
- 2 medium pears, sliced
- 1 large bulb fennel, chopped or sliced
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts

- Dressing:
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

- Berries with Yogurt:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup fat-free yogurt, lemon or vanilla flavored
PREPARATION:
Combine salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing and add to salad. Toss.
Combine berries. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
