INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 2 Gorton's® Grilled Fillets (any flavor)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) package Vegetable Mixture: Broccoli, Red Pepper, Onion and Mushroom, or mix of your choice
- Cooked rice
PREPARATION:
Cook Gorton's Grilled Fillets according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and black pepper to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling, stirring frequently, 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
To serve, arrange hot rice on serving plates. Evenly top with vegetable mixture, then hot Grilled Fillets.
