Whip up deliciously easy ham and cheese sandwiches flavored with green onions, olives, eggs and mayonnaise. Wrapped in foil and baked, they are great served hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 6 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 hamburger buns
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine the ham, cheese, green onion, olives, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Spoon mixture into buns and wrap each bun separately in a piece of aluminum foil. Place wrapped buns on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy!
