Yams are drizzled with maple syrup, dusted with nutmeg and cinnamon, and baked with butter for a treat the whole family will love.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Lay yams skin side down in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Pour maple syrup over the yams and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Dot with butter and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
