Fresh banana, pineapple juice, coconut milk and sugar blended into a taste of the islands.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 small banana, coarsely chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
PREPARATION:
Slice banana, place in blender, pour in pineapple juice, coconut milk and sugar; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
