Tangy pimento cheese spread and crushed pineapple are folded into whipped topping dotted with mini marshmallows in this sweet molded salad treat.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 (5 ounce) jars pimento cheese spread
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, mix together the cheese spread, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped topping until evenly combined. Transfer to a gelatin mold coated with non-stick spray, and refrigerate until set.
