Make any day a holiday when you serve this delicious coffee cake.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
PREPARATION:
Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour batter into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes, and cut into squares to serve.
