Egg nog is a wonderful drink for celebrating the winter holidays. Try your hand at this delicious recipe, and impress your guests!
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 4 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash salt
- 1/2 cup bourbon or brandy (optional)
- Nutmeg
PREPARATION:
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients. Chill. Garnish with nutmeg. Refrigerate leftovers.
Note:Use only clean, uncracked, grade A eggs
