INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 8 Gorton's® Fish Sticks or Extra Crunchy Tenders
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
- 2 Flatbread for wrap
PREPARATION:
Cook 8 Fish Sticks or 8 Tenders according to directions.
Puree cranberry sauce with mayonnaise in blender.
Place 4 Sticks or 4 Tenders on wrap.
Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing on fish.
Spread desired amount of cranberry-mayo mixture on top.
Roll up and serve.
