Mmm! Enjoy a honey of a crunchy snack mix that goes together in a snap.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix cereals, snacks and pretzels in large bowl; set aside.
  • Heat corn syrup, honey and margarine to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally
  • Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  • Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Spread in ungreased 15 1/2-inch baking pan with sides.*
  • Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
  • Spread on waxed paper to cool.


  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    *A rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, can be used instead. Bake 24 minutes, stirring after 12 minutes.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No changes.

    You can substitute 1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts for the pretzels in this recipe.
