This is a tangy sauce of horseradish, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream and spices. Spread it on your favorite sandwich, or serve it as a dipping sauce with steak.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream.
