Cream of onion soup is heated with water, milk, Swiss cheese and onion for instant gratification.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed onion soup
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
PREPARATION:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine soup, water and milk. Stir in cheese and onion and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and serve.
