Mayonnaise may seem like an odd bread ingredient. But if you stir it together with self-rising flour, a bit of sugar and milk, and bake it in muffin tins, you 'll have instant rolls.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease muffin cups.
Mix flour and sugar together. Stir milk and mayonnaise. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
