Kielbasa sausage, ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple - the flavors of the islands mixed together, and left to cook up a tropical tasting dish in a slow cooker!
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
PREPARATION:
Place the sausage, ketchup, sugar and pineapple in the slow cooker and mix together.
Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, until sausage is cooked through.
