Buitoni pasta and Italian-seasoned chicken breasts are sure to delight your family! Round out the meal with your favorite steamed vegetables, a warm loaf of bread and Perrier water.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (9 ounce) package BUITONI® Fettuccine
PREPARATION:
COMBINE oil, garlic and Italian seasoning in medium bowl. Add chicken; marinate in refrigerator, turning to coat, for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and place in greased baking dish.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
PREPARE pasta according to package directions; serve over pasta.
