This addictively sweet snack mix will keep you crunching all night long!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 5 1/2 cups KELLOGG'S® CRISPIX® cereal
- 1/2 cup pecans, broken
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S® CRISPIX® cereal and pecans. Set aside.
In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Place on 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 300 degrees F about 30 minutes stirring twice. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
