Lemonade powder adds a refreshing zing to this low-fat blueberry and strawberry smoothie.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) container blueberry nonfat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon powdered lemonade mix
PREPARATION:
Place yogurt, milk, ice cubes, blueberries, strawberries, and lemonade mix in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
